Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Noor & Needle, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Return & No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Noor & Needle are subject to a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Replacement for Damaged Products Only
A replacement will be provided only if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
- An incorrect item has been delivered.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Color variations due to screen settings.
- Minor variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or craftsmanship.
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Replacement Approval
Once the request is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be dispatched. If the same product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or dispatched.
